4. What would you like to know more about the material?
-I do not understand the use in breadcrumbs. I understand that we are narrowing down our search but what is the point? I would much rather just search what I am looking for in one shot rather than breaking it down into the breadcrumbs. I think I would just rather prefer getting everything done quicker. Many people would probably enjoy breaking everything down and narrowing their searches but I personally do not. What I would like to know more about the material is who thought of the directory and breaking down the search?
If you want to do a quick search and you know exactly what you are looking for, you can use Google or another search engine. But if you are not sure what you are looking for and need to look around a bit, a subject guide/Web directory is the way to go. BTW, you did an excellent job on your breadcrumbs assignment - one of the few people who did it right.
